“This was first time that I ever had my ducts cleaned. They arrived on time. They were courteous and answered every question I asked. The whole process was very clean. Everyone told me it would be dirty but I was very surprised because I covered everything up. I didn't need to do this. They wore shoe booties when in my house. I have a big home with 38 vents in my house. I was very happy with the whole procedure because I didn't know what to expect. You are supposed to have your vents cleaned every 3 to 5 years.
